30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Rehla plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@rehla.ai and we will help you process the refund.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation, you'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used billing periods outside the 30-day money-back window, unless required by law.
Exceptions
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the money-back guarantee.
